| Receipts totaled 1863. High quality replacement females in good flesh still remain in strong demand. The better cow calf pairs sold in the $1050 to $1350 range while the better bred cows and heifers were going from $900 to $1250. The demand on the better quality open heifers that had size enough to breed this spring was excellent. Most of the bigger better open yearling heifers sold from $600 to $825. Good quality pairs were going from $900 to $1050. Good quality bred cows and heifers sold from $750 to $900. Some smaller open heifers ranged from $500 to $600 per head. Some rep sales follow.
