Receipts totaled 5387 head for the week. Demand was strong on all classes offered with a very active market on the weaned cattle selling for dollars more than non weaned calves. Stocker steers and heifers along with feeder steers and heifers also sold steady to last weeks strong increase. Packer cows sold $3.00-$5.00 lower and bulls sold $2.00 lower. |
