| Receipts totaled 3440 head. The market remains strong and very active on the choice young pairs, bred cows & heifers, and the open & exposed heifers. Middle aged and solid mouth cows and pairs also sold in good demand. The majority of the head that sold Saturday went into the state of Oklahoma or the Northeast Texas areas where rainfall has been plentiful this year. The short supply of replacement females of recent months also helped the strong demand. Next Replacement sale will be held in Brownwood, Tx. on May 28th. | ||
